Why Yiwu is the Best Place to Source Wholesale Bubble Toys for Global Buyers

Most of our customers found us the same way: they came to Yiwu once, walked the toy section, and realised they had been buying from a trading company back home without knowing it.

The Yiwu International Trade Market sits in the Futian district, and it is split into districts by product group. Toys are grouped together in District 1, which is the part that matters if you sell bubble toys. It is not a mall where you browse for fun. It is where exporters come to do business, and the booths are set up that way: they quote in quantity, they talk about cartons and container loading, and most of them run their own production and use the booth as a showroom.

Why buyers keep coming back

The obvious reason is price, but that is rarely what changes someone’s business. What changes it is comparison. In one afternoon you can put ten suppliers of the same bubble gun side by side, pick up the samples, feel which shell is thinner, and watch who answers a technical question and who deflects it. Doing that by email takes a month and you still don’t know what you’re holding.

The other thing Yiwu gives you is the supply chain behind the product. Tooling, moulding, printing, packaging, barcodes and cartons are all in the same city. If you want your own logo on a box, you are not coordinating five separate vendors — and if something goes wrong with the print, the person who can fix it is twenty minutes away.

Come and see us at the booth

Our address:

District 1, Gate 17, 1st Floor, Area E, Street 8, Booth 2810B — Yiwu International Trade Market, Zhejiang, China

We make bubble guns, bubble wands, water guns, squishy toys, pretend-play sets and novelty lines, packed for export. If you tell us when you’re coming and what you’re after, we’ll have the samples out when you arrive. Buyers who see the goods before they buy spend far less time arguing about specification later.

You don’t have to come

Plenty of our long-standing customers have never set foot in Yiwu. Everything done at the booth can be done over WhatsApp:

  • Tell us the product, the quantity and your destination port.
  • We send photos and video of the actual goods, plus the packing specification.
  • You order samples and check them yourself.
  • You place a trial order — our minimum is 5 pieces per design, mixable across designs.
  • Once the product and packaging are proven, you scale up.

The one thing a visit gives you that photos can’t is scale. Seeing how many suppliers compete on the same shelf is usually what changes how a buyer negotiates, both with us and with whoever they were buying from before.

Questions worth asking any Yiwu supplier

Price is the easy part. These are the ones that separate a factory from a booth-holder:

  • Can I see the production address? Then compare it to the licence.
  • What’s your MOQ per design, and can I mix designs? If every item has a high minimum, you’re probably talking to a reseller.
  • Which test reports cover this exact product? For the US you want CPSIA compliance, ASTM F963 and a Children’s Product Certificate from an accepted lab. For the EU, EN 71 and CE. Reports have to match the product and the factory, not just the category.
  • What’s the carton size and how many fit in a container? This decides your freight per unit, which usually matters more than the unit price.
  • Can you do our logo, our colours and our packaging? Plenty of suppliers will say yes. Ask to see a printed proof before you believe it.
