The 46cm series
Our gatling line is built on one 46cm body with a rotating multi-barrel cluster and a firework spray effect, then finished in different character designs: capybara, spaceman, unicorn and rabbit.
One body, several faces is worth understanding as a buying strategy. It means you can stock a range that looks like four products on a shelf while carrying the spare parts and the knowledge for one. It also means a design that underperforms can be swapped for another in the same body without changing anything else in your order.
Packing runs at 96 pieces per carton for this series. Ask us for the current carton dimensions and weights, because a carton this size drives your freight per unit more than the unit price does.
Why the barrel design sells
Water guns are bought on appearance first. A single-nozzle blaster and a gatling can hold the same water and shoot the same distance; the gatling sells first because it looks like it does more.
The rotating cluster also gives the firework effect somewhere to happen. Spray from six points at once reads as a display, which is why this format photographs well and why it works in a listing as much as on a shelf.
Who buys it
Toy shops covering the summer season. Market traders, where a distinctive shape wins the sale against a crate of identical pistols. Online sellers who want something that looks unlike the generic listings. And party suppliers buying a handful of impressive units rather than a hundred small ones.
What to check
Fire it with water before you commit. The barrel cluster is the part that takes the load, and the joint where it meets the body is where leaks appear. A unit that sprays well on the first pull and still sprays on the fiftieth is the only test that counts.
Then check the finish on the character design. These designs are applied to the body surface, and that is where fading or peeling shows up after a season on a shelf.
