Bubble solution looks like an afterthought product until you look at what it costs to ship. It is water, and you are paying freight on it by the litre.
That single fact decides how this category is bought, and it is why the concentrated and powder formats exist at all.
Three ways it ships
Ready-mixed liquid in bottles, which is what most shops start with. Concentrate, which you or the customer dilute. And powder mix, which ships as a dry product and is made up at the other end.
Our giant bubble solution mix is the third type: a powder that makes seven gallons, or 896 fluid ounces, of finished solution. The unit that arrives is a fraction of the weight and volume of the liquid it produces, which is the entire point.
For a buyer paying freight by the cubic metre, that difference is not marginal. Seven gallons of ready-mixed solution is roughly 26 litres of water in a bottle with the packaging that goes around it.
Why shops buy solution at all
Because a bubble toy that will not bubble is a returned bubble toy. Solution is the consumable that keeps the toy working, and it is the product a customer comes back for — which makes it a repeat purchase attached to a product they already own.
Our range covers the formats for different route to market: the 7-gallon powder mix, a 1 gallon concentrate, a 1000ml refill for retail shelves, and a 35ml mini that goes out as a promotional gift or a party favour.
What to check
Whether it actually works, first. Mix a batch and blow it — the quality of a solution shows in the size of the bubbles and how long they last, not in a specification sheet.
Then the labelling. Solution sold as a toy accessory carries labelling obligations in most markets, and anything intended to be used by young children is held to the same toy safety rules as the toy it goes with. Ask which documents exist for the solution itself, not just for the bubble gun.
Then the packaging. A bottle that leaks in a container ruins the cartons around it, so ask how the units are packed and whether there is a sealed inner bag. On liquid products this is the most common cause of a claim.
Buying it alongside the toys
Solution is compact relative to the toys it supports, so it works well as filler in a mixed load. Our minimum is 5 pieces per design and mixed designs ship together, so a first order can carry solution alongside the guns and wands.
